Whilst we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or free exchange.
You are entitled to a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your purchase, in order to do so, you must contact Hewetts at info@hewettsofmarlow.co.uk or on +44(0)1628 483334 to obtain a returns reference number.
You then need to return your item(s) within a further 14 days in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags attached.
We will then process your return upon receipt of the item, we recommend using a recorded postal service as the item remains your responsibility until we have received it.
You can also return your item in person at our store.

We will endeavour to post all items on the day of purchase if ordered before 2pm on a weekday, all items will be posted using a Royal Mail first class signed for service and will require a signature upon delivery.
