Payments
Payment by Debit card or Credit card is processed via Wix Payments, when you make your purchase you will be automatically directed to their secure payment page where you can enter your details securely. This is completely separate to the Hewetts of Marlow web site so no card details are transmitted to or stored on our site.
PayPal Checkout can also be selected at checkout, upon doing so, you will be directed to the PayPal login page, after you have completed your PayPal checkout you will be returned to the Hewetts of Marlow website to complete your purchase.
After placing your order you will receive an order conformation email to the email address you provided.
Once goods are dispatched another email will be sent to you with a tracking number which can be used to track your delivery.
It's always worth checking your spam/junk email folder, as sometimes this can be where they are directed.
UK Deliveries
We will endeavour to post all items on the day of purchase if ordered before 2pm on a weekday, if an order is placed after this or at the weekend, it will be sent on the following working day, these timings serve as an aim and not a guarantee, we recommend that if you are in a hurry for something the best thing to do is contact the shop on 01628 483334, we will do our best to help..
Gift vouchers will be posted using a Royal Mail first class service.
Where possible, we will always use recycled packaging.
International Deliveries
We are able to deliver abroad and are happy to do so, this will have to be dealt with on a case to case basis as there are simply too many options to list, if you are ordering from outside the U.K, please contact the shop at info@hewettsofmarlow.co.uk or telephone us on +44 (0) 1628 483334, to discuss shipping costs and tax.
Gift Vouchers
We currently sell gift vouchers via the shop page on our website, as it stands if you wish to make a purchase on the website using a gift voucher, you will need to contact the shop on +44 (0) 1628 483334, we hope to be able to integrate gift vouchers into the automated process as soon as possible.
